Smartphone role for Education Development of Bangladesh

Smartphone role for Education Development of Bangladesh

In this era of modern globalization, now communications are very much important for all sections, especially education. The smartphone is playing, an especially important role in communication. It increases the availability, frequency, and rapidness of our communication surrounding the world. Smartphone becomes an inevitable part of our everyday life. Smartphone, new technology and the concept of m-learning is a growing trend in education. With the latest improvement in mobile technology, possibilities are emerging to provide educational services via smartphone.

The use of smartphones in our education sector by increasing day by day in Bangladesh. We know students are the core purchaser of mobile phones in Bangladesh.   They use their communication and co-ordination within a community consisting of the human aspect. It has offered new challenges to education. It is a very versatile medium to meet the information needs of students. Knowledge sharing is also done and it became one of the important features of a smartphone. As a result, the smartphone has become very popular among the student community.

We all know that education plays the most important role to develop a country. Without education the development of a country is unthinkable. The more educated people are, the more developed a country is. So We all should give stress on how to develop our education. If I had the chance to develop education I would introduce a new syllabus that is easier for the students and comprises of more basic elements. An easy syllabus will encourage the student to read more and more. If a student cannot understand his lesson by using efforts, again and again, he will certainly lose his enthusiasm to read that lesson.

The other fact that helps to encourage the students is an interesting syllabus. A boring syllabus can not keep the students studying attentively. Rather, it stamps a permanent dislike on the mind of the students. If a syllabus is interesting the students take it as delicious food and read attentively that helps them to understand the main theme of their lesson. So I would use the syllabus that attracts the students.

The Syllabus of various stages should be introduced according to his students' capability. If the syllabus is beyond their capability, the students will lose interest to study. So I think the capability of the students of various stages should be assessed before implementing the syllabus.

Another important fact is that most of the people in our country are very poor. They use their children, their field, and household work instead of sending in the school. So, I would implement food for the education program and make the education compulsory till SSC. I think the food for education program will encourage both students and their guardians.

The use of mobile phones has increased in recent years in Bangladesh. Most students are the core purchaser of mobile phones. They use mobile phones for various purposes, including educational purposes. The students of the University of Dhaka are exceptional than those of other universities in Bangladesh. It is a matter of concern that how they make use of their mobile phone and how much aware they are about this device

Current mobile phones may support many additional services and accessories such as S.M.S. (Short messaging service) for text messaging, email, packet switching for access to the internet, and M.M.S (Multimedia messaging) for sending and receiving photos and videos. It is linked to music (MP3) playback, menu recording, instant messaging built-in camera and ring tones, games, radio, push to talk, infrared and Bluetooth connectivity, call registers. It is helpful to watch streaming video or download the video for later viewing video calling and serve as a wireless modern for a P.C. And soon will serve as a console of sorts to online games and other high-quality games.

Another concerning fact is that environment of educational instituted should remain calm. Quiet and fresh. But nowadays the terror-stricken activism has become a common feature. Especially the higher education institutes are the dire victim of this type of activities can tot occur the campus.

Our students think that smartphone helps them engage with relevant material and raise their confidence as learners Moreover, those smartphone and apps contain many categories having learning tools and traits, short, mid, and final exam notifications, learning videos issued with teaching staff, and others that achieve success for students’ learning process. With the availability of those smartphones, students are interested to cope with the college updates through those apps instead of a desktop computer. Students believe that their colleges should support such apps. While some studies show that students spend more time using a desktop computer to reach out to the same information they can have in less time if they use mobile apps. This gives rise to students to use mobile apps.

E-learning is still developing slowly in third world countries. The concept of e-learning in most departments in the Iraqi universities focuses on learning computer components and some Microsoft Office applications. This deprives students and learners of reaching out to the learning materials and methods of identifying the new educational products through computer and smartphone apps which have fast-growing tendencies in the e-markets.

The rapid growth of mobile apps has helped make mobile devices a new tool for learning because, on the one hand, those devices are easily carried and on the other, they increasingly support and shorten learning modes and cooperative e-learning.

Mobile apps have been developed to be used on smartphones and iPads. Their earlier versions such as mobile tune games, tune editors, calculators, and calendars have been developed and increased rapidly. Companies and app developers and engineers start producing certain app categories targeting certain users including various specialty college students. But generally, those apps serve college students in different departments.

Mobile apps can be considered learning aids. Medical students can find an anatomy app a useful tool for learning. Also, mobile apps help in astronomical supervision and phenomena and those that mimic the lab environment for students of organic chemistry departments and many others.

The most important fact is that without food teacher our education can not be developed. Teachers of all levels should be furnished with adequate knowledge. Nowadays teachers are employed in an illegal way. Strict rules should be enacted so that only meritorious and qualified persons can be a teacher.

Thus, I would try to develop on the education of our country by implementing the above measures, if I had the chance I would try to convince the people without education no nation can prosper.

Possibility of Corona infection by Smartphones For our observation, there is limited evidence of the spread of infectious diseases from mobile phones and other devices.  Various laboratory studies have shown it is certainly theoretically possible, viral loads are detected on the screens.  Ultimately, phones are touched by fewer different people than, for example, a door handle.  So, whilst its important to recognize potential sources of infection, people don’t need to be overly concerned about the phone itself, but make sure they are thoroughly washing and cleaning their hands several times a day.
