Researchers and scientists have been thinking about wireless telecommunication systems since the invention of the telephone. But we will start with World War II without going into such a long history. During the Second World War, in 1940, the military used radio and telephone. Reginald Fessenden was the inventor of this radiotelephone system. Then in 1947, the first call was made from a car.

The first call was made on June 17, 1948, from Laos, Missouri, under the Bell telephone service. Then, on October 2, 1948, Elion Bell made a telephone call again through the telephone company, following the route east from Chicago. This telephone was made in a vacuum tube. It weighed about 38 kg or 60 pounds. At first, only one channel was allocated to all users in the metro polytron area. Later 3 bands communicated through 32 channels. Communication in this system continued until 1970.

In 1983, John Mitchell, the head of the world-famous Motorola Company, looked at portable communication systems through which smartphones played an important role in the invention of technology. Mitchell extends his hand to the wireless communication system, which enables him to communicate from anywhere. An important figure in Mitchell's work was Motorola researcher and executive Martin Cooper. Martin Cooper was the first to invent the smartphone through the first cellular network and inscribed his name in gold letters in the history of science. The first cell phone weighed 2.5 pounds. It was 9 inches long, 1.75 inches wide, and 5 inches high.

What is a Smartphone: The current era is the era of mobile. Smartphones can be seen in the hands of almost everyone. How many of us does nothing with this smartphone? But do we know how this smartphone came about? Smartphone, cellular phone, handphone, or smartphone wireless telephone special. Mobile means mobile or ‘transferable’. This phone has been named as a smartphone that can be easily carried and used anywhere. The world's first smartphone was invented in 1918. It was discovered by the Finnish inventor Eric Tigerstadt. We use smartphones for our daily activities. But have you ever wondered how this smartphone works?

When we look around, we see different types of mobile towers. Mobile companies basically serve us through these towers. When we want to call someone by dialing their number on the mobile and pressing the call button, our mobile basically communicates with these towers and lets them know that I need to connect to this number. Then that mobile tower communicates with another mobile tower and finds the person we dialed. When we find the person we need, the tower then makes a connection between my mobile and that person's mobile so that we can talk to each other. All these work towers in just a few seconds. Due to which we do not understand how much work is done in it.

Smartphone Usage Warning: Because of information and communication technology, everyone, big or small, has a smartphone in their hands. But many of us are not aware of using this smartphone. Many of us do not know how to use a smartphone. But if we are not careful, our important security can be compromised through this phone. Many important files may be lost. So you don't just have to use a smartphone to know how to use it properly.

Here are Some Important Rules and Precautions:

Not Talking While Charging: Many of us are seen talking on smartphone charges. Again, many people use Facebook while standing on the charger line smartphone. It shouldn't be at all. This is one of the reasons for the explosion of smartphones.

Uninstall Unused Apps: Nowadays, the capacity of smartphone apps is much higher. With that in mind, we all install apps as we wish on our mobiles. Some of which are useful, the rest I keep for no reason. This drains our batteries very quickly. This must be refrained from.

The smartphone should be held in the left ear for talking. On the right side is a very sensitive organ of our brain. Scientists have banned the use of the right ear to talk on smartphones due to various studies.

Not Touching the Signal bar of the Mobile: Many of us put on the signal bar for our habit while talking. Usually, the signal bar is located at the top of the back of the smartphones. When we speak, we put our hands on that part, which weakens our signal bar.

No Extra Charge: These tips about smartphones are very old. Many of us keep on charging the phone even after the charge is full. But it is not fruitful at all. This one work is enough to end the life of the inverted battery.

Not Using Low-quality accessories: Many of us use low-quality batteries, headphones, chargers to save money. But we don't think that it is destroying our smartphone.

Using good quality Antivirus: We install useless apps on smartphones nowadays. Which often creates a lot of junk. So we should use good quality antivirus which will protect our smartphone from all kinds of technical aspects not just for viruses.

What Harms us When Using Smartphones: We need to be aware of the dangers of the overuse of smartphones. Excessive use of smartphones has various effects on the health of the user. Research is also being done on the harms of excessive smartphone use. The reasons for some of these losses are described below.

Fear of Losing: The mind is always alert about whether the mobile is always in the right place. Fear of losing a smartphone is a problem that arises in the mind. Researchers have dubbed nomophobia the scary disease of losing a smartphone. Whose full name is a mobile-phone phobia? Currently, 53 percent of young people in the UK, and 29 percent of young Indians suffer from the disease. Psychologists at home and abroad are worried about the disease of modernity which was not imaginary even 5 years ago. Researchers suggest reducing excessive mobile dependence.

Sending Messages in Sleep: Excessive texting and chatting using smartphones can also have an effect on sleep. There may be a slip texting problem. If you have this problem, you don't remember what message is sent to whom in your sleep at night. The message goes to the unwanted number from the smartphone at hand even in sleep as the matter of sending the message is in the head. According to psychologists, many people spend their days with anxiety, work stress, and mobile. In that case, slip texting can happen. Researchers have advised not to keep smartphones besides the bed at night.

May Reduce the Brightness of the Eyes: Ophthalmologists in the UK have warned that excessive use of smartphones can lead to visual impairment. This can lead to myopia or myopia. Smartphone users usually need to use it at a distance of 30 cm from the eyes. However, in many cases, the distance is only 18 centimeters. When reading a newspaper, book, or something, there is usually an average distance of 40 cm from the eyes. Using a smartphone too close to the eyes for extra time can cause genetic problems. Which is able to play a role in creating myopia. Researchers call it epigenetics. Researchers have long advised not to keep an eye on smartphones. They recommend staying away from smartphones for some time daily. Researchers in the UK have also emphasized the importance of considering age when using smartphones.

Less Hearing in the Ears: The use of mobiles to create ear problems depends on the habit. Listening to loud music using headphones affects the inner ear cells and causes abnormal behavior in the brain. There is a risk of becoming deaf at some point.

Damage to the Bones and Joints of the Body: Excessive typing of messages can cause pain in the joints of the fingers and if the condition worsens, problems like arthritis can occur. In addition to this, many people use their smartphones at work and talk with their phones between their shoulders and ears. Many people tend to be extra lean and send messages for a long time. Sitting postures can also cause various problems in the body. The doctor's advice is not to write messages on the mobile for extra time, as this will help you to stay healthy from joint problems.

Sperm May be Reduced: The researchers said that high-frequency electromagnetic radiation is emitted from the mobile. These harmful waves may be linked to cancer of the brain. In addition, other cells in the body can be damaged by the effects of these harmful waves. There is also a risk of damage to the male reproductive system. Researchers claim that harmful waves emitted from mobiles can affect sperm and reduce sperm density.

When the Ring Tone: This problem can be caused by anxiety or depression. If such a problem occurs, the user will suddenly hear or feel it even if the phone does not ring or vibrate. This problem may occur due to excessive mobile use. Many users do not even notice when they start to suffer from such problems.

No Sleep: Excessive use of smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktops, and excessive television viewing are the most common causes of sleep problems or insomnia. Melatonin deficiency can occur in people who overdose on such technology products before going to sleep; Which is because of the bright light emitted from technology products. At one point, severe sleep problems occur, creating a risk of sleep disorder.
